PuppyContribute to saving the lives of a wide variety of animals at Professional Animal World, Inc., where we offer pet grooming, pet boarding, and pet adoptions in the friendly confines of a no-kill animal shelter. We are a non-profit shelter, staffed by a crew of extremely gracious volunteers, who work for nothing more than the joy of taking care of, and finding homes for, the animals they so passionately love. Contact our no-kill animal shelter in Sebastian, Florida, today with any questions about pet grooming, pet boarding, and pet adoptions or to find out how you can sponsor and greatly improve the life of an abused or abandoned pet.

PuppyProfessional Animal World, Inc. was created so that people and businesses could become instrumental in helping abandoned and abused animals live the life of happiness, joy, and love for which they were intended. To enable you to become the silent partner that allows them to receive the medical, physical, and emotional care which they need while waiting to find new homes. All tax deductible donations go strictly to the care and feeding of the animals, and the maintenance of their home. Without your support, we cannot continue to save them.

                  UPCOMING EVENTS

We are currently preparing for our 2nd Annual WALK FOR RESCUE ANIMALS, which will be held on Saturday, December 13th at Riverview Park in Sebastian, FL. This walk is a great opportunity for people of all ages and abilities, with or without their pet, to support a local no-kill, non-profit animal shelter. The walk is two miles (from Riverview park, along Indian River Dr. to the shelter location).  Registration for the walk will begin at 10:00a.m. December 13th, at the SplashPad at Riverview Park. Even if you are unable to participate in the walk please join us at 11:30a.m. for refreshments after the walk for all participants. Santa Paws will be joining us at the preview of our new Dog Park here at the shelter.  Also at the shelter we will be introducing our "Brick by Brick" expansion program. This program will allow supporters like you to help us rebuild the shelter AND pave the walkway to the dog park ONE BRICK at a TIME. Bricks can be purchased in several sizes and can be engraved in your name, the name of a loved one or Trust, to commemorate a Birthday or anniversary or other special occasion, in memory of a passed loved one or a beloved family pet or any number of other ways. It is also a great way to advertise your business and show your support of the shelter. Each brick will fill a spot in the walkway of the new dog park. By purchasing a brick for the dog park you are contributing financially to the expansion and renovations the shelter so desperately needs. The goal ultimately is to raise $300,000.00 to complete a new cat wing, new runs for the dogs, new air conditioning system, etc. The quicker the funds can be raised the faster these homeless animals will have a safe, warm, loving environment as they await their new forever home. Simply send in the completed registration/donation form with a check for your total donations raised to the address to the right. Please click on our "DONATIONS" tab for the 2008 Walk for Rescue Animals Sponsorship form or simply stop in and pick one up at the shelter.
